Winter is coming! Get your face ready for the season!
Is that time of the month! Spoiling my face with a nice breakfast! Remember every time the weather changes you need to adapt your beauty routine to it. When it's Cold there is not enough moisture on the environment, our skin dries and we need to find ways to replenish that healthy glow. Off course what we eat and drink plays a huge part. This is what I do to help my dry skin to become moisture and glowing! 👉 1- scrub! Treatments and creams will not work over dead skin! I mix oatmeal, little warm water and honey. Create a paste and rub it gently into your face. 2- moisture! Remember Cleopatra!? She is famous for her daily sour milk baths that kept her skin glowing and youthful... Same thing with cold yogurt. It contains sink, vitamin B (promotes firming), calcium (for skin regeneration also helps with pimples and scars) & Lactid Acids (no wrinkles) so! I mix my cold plain organic yogurt with a capsule of vitamin E. Leave that mixture in your face for about 10min.
