Healthy eating! Healthy skin!!

 Vitamin A- essential for your collagen reproduction and your cells renewal eggs, milk, carrots and greens 

Vitamin B- boots your blood circulation and give that skin a healthy glow by adding fatty acids to your daily diet. (Bananas, almonds, eggs)

Vitamin C- very important to protect your inmune system, your skin pigmentation and also protects your skin aginst free radicals. ( fruits like orange, tomato, vegetables like brussel sprouts and cucumber.

Vitamin D-E - provides antioxidants, anti aging agents find it in the sun, olives, peanuts, almonds, fish

Fats- when talking about fats i don't mean fast food! Lol i mean healthy fat like olives, avocado our skin needs fat for its elasticity and natural glow!!
