Mine was screaming "i need nutrients" so during the month I try to replenish my skin with the nutrients & hydration that due to (too much makeup, hormones, heat, air conditioner, bad food, lack of drinking water) it loses its radiance and healthy look (pimples... Really!?) So this is my flash radiance 3 step routine.. Some of you already know it ๐ธ๐ผโจ 1โฃ scrub it!๐๐ผ not even the most expensive cream will work over a bunch of dead skin cells. When we #exfoliate we deep clean our skin and also by doing it in circular movements we activate the blood flow and push the skin cells to reproduce faster (baby cells more glow)
My skin is dehydrated and it tends to peel.. So, abrasive scrubs (with grains, sugar etc) are terrible... I love mixing #oats with #honey both have amazing properties like anti inflammatory, astringent power (pimples) and antioxidants. Mix the honey and oats until oats get softer and rub the mixture gently,
Avoid the delicate areas of the skin and don't forget to exfoliate the lips and neck.
2โฃ Mask it! ๐๐ผ i don't spend money on facial masks... But i spend money on #Yogurt! ๐ Yogurt contains many powerful nutrients responsible for rejuvenating and promoting healthy skin. Like zinc (dries the pimples, closes the pores) lactic acids (natural antioxidant and smooths the appearance of wrinkles) #calcium, vitamin B (promotes firmness to the facial tissue) leave the cold yogurt for for 10min!! ๐ธ๐ผโจโฐ Note: If you have #darkspots you can apply few drops of lemon to the yogurt citric acids act as a brighten aid.
Note2: if your skin is dry apply 1 capsule of vitamin E
Note3: cut 2 cold #cucumbers rounds for the eyes and relax while they act as anti inflammatory.
